After you pick a time you get an email with the instructions. Pay by Whish transfer, or choose card when you book and a payment link follows on WhatsApp. Once you have paid, a second email brings the video link and the invoice.
At the Beirut clinic, from September 2026, you pay at the visit.
Changing or cancelling
Pay within 24 hours of booking, or at least 3 hours before the appointment, whichever comes first. After that the time opens again.
Rescheduling is free up to 12 hours before. If you cancel after paying, the money stays as credit for a later appointment. There are no cash refunds. If I cancel, you choose between a new time and a refund.
