What your first consultation is like
A first consultation lasts about an hour. We go through your history, your symptoms and any test results you bring, and you leave with my assessment, a plan, and the reasoning behind both.
How the hour goes
First the medicine
I assess what is there and rule out anything serious, the same gynecological medicine I have practised for over thirty years.
Then the question a lab sheet does not answer
Why is this happening to you, why now, why this body. It takes longer to answer than the tests do, which is why the hour is not rushed.
Then a plan you agree with
Where it fits, I use homeopathy and natural medicine alongside the gynecological care. When an intervention is truly needed I will tell you plainly. Nothing is decided that you have not understood first. What you tell me stays confidential.
What to bring
Any recent lab results, scans or reports, the medicines you are taking, and the questions you keep meaning to ask.
